Pressure Calibrators
Technel represents several manufacturers of portable pressure calibrators including Mensor, Condec and Keller. The Mensor CPH 6600 is a portable multi-function calibrator for pressure, temperature and electrical measurements. An internal electric pump provides a source of pressure up to 150 psi (300 psi optional hand pump) and is battery powered with a minimum life of 300 pump cycles to 150 psi. Two pressure ranges are available; -0.8 bar to 2 bar and -0.8 bar to 10 bar; each with an accuracy of +/- 0.025% F.S. 24 V DC is available to power transmitters while the CPH 6600 can display a 4 – 20 ma input or source signal to an accuracy of +/- 0.025% F.S. The Keller CALI provides a convenient, portable solution for calibration of their standard accuracy pressure transducers and depth sensors. Powered by a lithium battery, the Keller CALI can be either a pneumatic system with hand pump and vacuum pump, a pneumatic system with screw pump or an hydraulic system with screw pump. In addition the Condec UPC series provides rugged stand alone systems with internal gas reservoir and pressures to 10000 psi.
