Technel represents Honeywell who manufactures a complete line of pressure transducers, pressure switches and linear transducers. Pressure sensors include aerospace transducers suitable for barometry, avionics and aerospace test and measurement where accuracy and reliability are a priority. Honeywell also carries industrial transducers for the most demanding applications including process control in hazardous environments with intrinsically safe, explosion proof, and CE options available on select models. Sensors are available for the oil and gas industry as well with CSA, ATEX, DNV, UL, IECEx and CE certifications as required. Technel also carries a complete line of linear position transducers which feature various lengths for any application and typical accuracy of 0.1 % at a competitive price.

  • The Honeywell Model FP5000 Series is a media-isolated piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor offering multiple output options (0 V to 5 V, 0 V to 10 V or 4 mA to 20 mA) It is compensated for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and non-linearity to offer improved thermal stability and accuracy. Hastelloy® C276 and 316L stainless steel wetted parts provide durability with abrasive or corrosive media Pressure ranges: From 10"R/20 up to 5,000 psi, gauge & absolute.

  • The Y-line transmitters have an extremely small temperature error. This is achieved using an additional circuit containing a temperature sensor that subdivides the temperature range into fields that are 1,5 Kelvin (K) wide. The TK zero and TK compensation values are calculated for each field and programmed into the additional circuit. During operation, these values are fed into the analogue signal path depending on the temperature. Each temperature is the "calibration temperature" for this transmitter. The Series 23 (S)Y/25 Y product line is outstanding due to its extreme ruggedness towards electromagnetic fields. The EI versions of these piezoresistive pressure transmitters, , are approved for use in highly explosion risk areas of group II (gas and dust). Pressure Range: up to 1,000 bar, typical accuracy: ±0.30%FS

  • The pressure transmitters of the 33X series use digital compensation with a mathematical model to achieve exceptional accuracy of 0.05 %FS – in the temperature range from 10 to 40 °C, this value even corresponds to the total error band. Additional measurements and selections can optionally be used to achieve a precision (and also, if calibrated in an accredited test laboratory, an accuracy) of 0.01 %FS. In addition to the digital RS485 interface, the X-line transmitters have a rangeable, analog current or voltage output.
