Keller’s 23 series process transducers use analogue electronics to compensate for zero offset, sensitivity, and temperature effects. Frequency response can be up to 5 kHz compared to the 400 Hz response of the digital transducers. Available pressure ranges: Full Vacuum to 1000 bar (14,500 psi) absolute, gauge, or sealed gauge. Accuracy: 0.1% FS Electrical Input: 8 – 28 V DC Output: 4..20 mA, 0..20 mA, or 0 – 10V G1/4″ (BSPP) or G1/2″ male threaded connections are standard. ATEX Ei Flameproof, intrinsically safe, or Explosion Proof rated brazed or welded diaphragm transducers are available.

The Honeywell Sensym MLH Series pressure transmitters combine highly reliable media isolated piezoresistive pressure sensors with digital signal processing to offer a wide range of electrical outputs and high accuracy over a wide temperature range. Honeywell Sensing and Control (Formerly Data Instruments) Model SA harsh duty pressure transducers meet MIL SPEC 810C random vibration to 20.7 g rms. Available pressure ranges 0-15 to 0-200 psi absolute, 0-15 to 0-50 psi gauge, 0-500 to 0-7000 psi sealed gauge, or 0-1 to 0-350 Bar. Input: 9-20V DC Output: 1-6 V DC. Accuracy is 1% FS. Temperature compensated -1°C to 85°C.

The Y-line transmitters have an extremely small temperature error. This is achieved using an additional circuit containing a temperature sensor that subdivides the temperature range into fields that are 1,5 Kelvin (K) wide. The TK zero and TK compensation values are calculated for each field and programmed into the additional circuit. During operation, these values are fed into the analogue signal path depending on the temperature. Each temperature is the "calibration temperature" for this transmitter. The Series 23 (S)Y/25 Y product line is outstanding due to its extreme ruggedness towards electromagnetic fields. The EI versions of these piezoresistive pressure transmitters, , are approved for use in highly explosion risk areas of group II (gas and dust). The pressure transmitters of the 33X series use digital compensation with a mathematical model to achieve exceptional accuracy of 0.05 %FS – in the temperature range from 10 to 40 °C, this value even corresponds to the total error band. Additional measurements and selections can optionally be used to achieve a precision (and also, if calibrated in an accredited test laboratory, an accuracy) of 0.01 %FS. In addition to the digital RS485 interface, the X-line transmitters have a rangeable, analog current or voltage output.

Using the same electronics as the 33 series or 23 series process transducers, Keller has developed a highly accurate wet/wet differential transducer. Keller’s dual-diaphragm differential cell is available in 316 SST, Hastelloy and Titanium Available pressure ranges: 1 to 30 bar differential with 200 or 600 bar static line pressure. Achieveable Accuracy 0.05% FS TEB G1/4″ female threaded connections both sides. Overpressure protection is smaller on reference side of transducer than pressure side.
