Pressure Controllers

Technel represents Mensor who manufactures a range of pressure controllers to suit every application. The CPA 8001 is specifically designed for avionics including display of altitude, airspeed and acceleration. The CPC series of controllers are available with a wide range of pressure ranges to accommodate every possible requirement. The model CPC 6050 is the newest version of the venerable CPC 6000 which has been a consistent and reliable performer for many years. It inherited its modular design from the the CPC 6000 and the internal pressure reference transducers are upwardly compatible with the new unit greatly reducing cost of ownership. The CPC 6050 can be custom ordered with any pressure configuration up to 3000 psi to ideally suit its operation to any manufacturing environment and includes built-in test modes: leak test, burst test and switch test. Technel also carries the Condec line of pressure controllers including the Orion series of precision vernier controls which have an infinite range of adjustment for fine tuning of any pressure measurement setting.

  • The Mensor CPC2000 is a portable, low range pressure controller with an integral electric vacuum/pressure source. A selection of 6 pressure ranges from 1 mbar to 1000 mbar (vacuum or pressure) is available; each with an accuracy of +/- 0.1% FS (1 mbar range is +/-0.3% FS). Ten engineering units are available. There are two communication ports; USB and RS232. Battery or 120 V AC powered, the CPC2000 controller is available with a Pelican travel case.

  • The model CPC4000 industrial pressure controller offers a broad pressure range from -1 … 210 bar (-15 … 3,045 psi).   • The new Mensor 6050 maintains the trend setting, easy front door pressure transducer accessibility. Open the front door, unscrew the pressure transducer assembly holding screw with your fingers and remove the transducer assembly. No need to send the entire controller out for calibration, just the transducer assembly. You need only insert a spare transducer assembly back into the controller and you’re back in business. No down time, no lost production, no lost revenue. The Mensor 6050 has a new top range of 3,000 psi, either gauge or absolute while maintaining the previous CPC 6000 low range of 10” WC FS. With Mensor ranges, there are no limits; you want a FS range of 224.5 psi, just ask, you got it, no problem. The best part, no extra charge.Now there are 4 communication ports; a USB port, IEE-488, RS-232 and Ethernet ports. There’s even an optional WiFi that takes advantage of a USB / WiFi adapter.Control stability is a major reason to have a Mensor controller. The stability is spec’d at +/- 0.003% FS, impressive enough but the reality is that is that you typically will have a control stability of 0.001% FS. That translates to, with a 3,000 psi (20 .684 MPa) range, +/- 0.03 psi or ~206 Pa. Now that’s control stability.

  • The Mensor CPC8000 is a high accuracy, high pressure controller with up to three removable transducers plus removable Barometric reference. Transducers for the CPC8000 are available in pressure ranges from 0-0.36 psi to 0-23200 psi absolute, gauge, or bi-directional. Pressure can be displayed in any number of engineering or user-defined units and barometric reference can be included for absolute or gauge emulation. Accuracy is 0.008% IS-33 or 0.01% IS-50. This unit can be controlled via Ethernet, USB, RS-232 or IEEE-488.

  • Condec’s patented Orion valve system incorporates two fine-control soft-seat micro-metering valves for pressure and vent/vacuum and a small low-torque piston-screw pump for extremely fine control in gas calibration. Pressure Ranges: Orion 2C vacuum to 3000 psi, Piston Pump Volume: 0.5 cu in Orion 3A vacuum to 10,000 psi, Piston Pump Volume: 0.4 cu in Both ranges are available either as individual assemblies for panel-mount or as a standalone table-top unit.
