Digital Indicators

Technel Engineering represents several manufacturers that produce digital indicators for instrumentation. The Mensor CPA2501 and CPG2500 are digital pressure gauges/indicators suitable for bench-top/laboratory use featuring bright easily readable displays and multiple options for a wide selection of applications. The Mensor DPG2400 has a smaller footprint but is easily integrated at an economical price. Keller America has several gauges featuring digital displays within the Leo family of electronic transducers. Paroscientific makes barometers and pressure transducers with digital displays intended for bench-top laboratory use. Condec manufacturers the DLR series of digital pressure indicators suitable for T & M applications as on-site monitors or transfer standards.

  • The Mensor CPA 2501 is a CPG 2500 digital indicator designed for laboratory testing instrumentation. This device is ideal for instrument repair shops and wind tunnel applications.

  • The latest model CPG2500 has an individual display for each of the three pressure transducers plus a readout of the Barometric pressure. Two of the three pressure modules and the barometric module are removable for easy re-certification. This allows the user to easily replace with spare modules so that there is no down time. The third pressure module is external and connected via an RS-232 cable. Ranges are from 10″H2O to 10,000 PSI. Accuracy can be +/-0.01% of reading (50-100% of FS).

  • The Keller LEO Record is a high accuracy, standalone data-logging digital pressure gauge. Using an internal Lithium battery and Keller ‘s high quality piezoresistive or capacitive pressure sensors the LEO Record is excellent for a wide range of applications. Data-logging of up to 57,000 data points is achieved using non-volatile memory and either time-based or event-based recording techniques can be used depending on your application.   • Keller manufactures a wide range of digital pressure indicators from 1.3″ x 0.7″ x 0.4″ OEM displays to 3″ diameter high accuracy gauge. Keller gauges use an absolute or sealed gauge reference which can be manually reset. Keller gauges are wash-down rated (IP-65). Features include Tare functions, Peak or Min/Max recording mode, and o-ring swivel seal to allow rotation even under pressure. Battery life is typically 1000 hours of continuous operation when not in recording mode.

  • The Condec DLR 334 is a flexible, high accuracy digital indicator with large, bright, red LED indicators, user-selectable resolution, and choice of 20 engineering units. The DLR 334 is available in three form factors with two different bench-top models to choose from and a panel-mount model. The Condec DLR 3110 is a rack-mount DLR 334 with an integrated Orion valve system.   • The Mensor DPG2400 is an economical bench-top digital pressure indicator. Its small form factor and rack-mount option make it an excellent precision barometer, pressure monitor or high-accuracy alternative to a test gauge. Accuracy is 0.03% FS and available pressure ranges are 0-10 in. H2O to 0-10,000 psi, gauge, absolute, or bi-directional. Optional RS-232 or RS-485 outputs are available.

  • The Keller EV-120 Digital Display interfaces with any Keller transmitter with RS-485 output for high accuracy local indication. This display can either power the transmitter with an internal 9V block battery or can itself be powered by the 4..20 mA current loop.
